Merger Announcement

Posted on 14 May 2019

Dooley & Associates is excited to announce merger with Coleman Greig Lawyers, effective July 1.

According to Partner Malcolm Campbell, the opportunity to amalgamate with Western Sydney’s leading law firm is a significant win for Dooley & Associates’ clients:

“With our firm having been a part of the region’s legal community for over two decades and as what many would see as a competing firm, we have long admired Coleman Greig - not only for its steady and ongoing growth as a business, but for its client-centric advocacy. The Dooley & Associates team is excited to be joining the firm and we are looking forward to seeing what the future will bring!"

Coleman Greig offers a wide range of legal services to both commercial and personal clients located across Greater Sydney, including commercial advice, employment law, litigation and dispute resolution, property law, debt recovery, wills and estate planning, conveyancing and family law.

Clients of Dooley & Associates will now have access to all of the above-mentioned legal services, as well as the value-added services that a larger firm can offer, including: regular legal updates, access to in-house training, seminars and briefings, participation in community events such as the Coleman Greig Challenge and networking opportunities such as the Women in Business Forum.

After 1 July, Dooley & Associates’ Partners Malcolm Campbell and Luke Mitchell will become Principal Lawyers with Coleman Greig and an integral part of the firm’s Commercial Advice team.

Coming just weeks after the official opening of Coleman Greig’s third full-service office in Penrith’s CBD, the firm’s CEO Warrick McLean believes the announcement heralds considerable benefits for both firms.

“Clients of Dooley & Associates will gain access to the combined wealth of experience and legal expertise of two reputable and award-winning firms.  Coleman Greig is also thrilled to be able to welcome such an experienced and revered team into the fold while boosting our already strong commercial client base.”

Malcolm Campbell and Luke Mitchell will continue to deliver high quality legal services to all of their clients up until and beyond the merger. Contact details will remain operational and clients are encouraged to get in contact with any queries as to the merger.
