With recent trends where you can deal with all your finances online and the fact that we are becoming a paperless society what happens when you pass away?

How does your estate /family find out about what assets you have and or how do they access them when no one knows what your logins and passwords are.

For most of us, enquiring about a loved ones Will and/or estate planning is a difficult and/or taboo conversation to have.

People need to record their online existence and record details such password and logins, just as they need to make an appointment with a solicitor to have your Will drafted and/or estate plan done to incorporate details about your digital assets and update these regularly.
