Electronic Conveyancing is to begin shortly

The Electronic Conveyancing (Adoption of National Law) Act 2012 (the Act) was passed by the NSW Parliament on 14 November 2012. This new system will commence shortly.

National Electronic Conveyancing (NEC) is to be the new method by which property transactions and dealing will be completed. A national e-conveyancing platform will be created and called the Property Exchange Australia (PEXA).
