It depends on how we can help you in your situation, normally we will ask you for information about your legal issue, take you through the relevant law and then advise you of the practical and commercial considerations. We will try and give you a few options for you to consider and see how we can best guide you through this important time.


Do I have to pay for the first consultation?
This depends on your circumstances and what sort of help you would like from us. Contact us to make arrangements to suit your needs.


Do I have to continue using your services after the first consultation?
No, all of our first consultations are no obligation, so if you do not want our help after the first consultation there is no obligation to provide further instructions to us.

How much will your services cost?
This depends on your circumstances and what sort of help you would like from us. We are open and flexible with our fee agreements and happy to tailor our services to meet your needs. We will normally provide you with an agreement that shows how we will charge for our services to you.


When do I have to pay for your services?
This depends on your circumstances and what sort of help you would like from us. We are happy to try and come to a solution that meets your needs. Most of our clients pay on a monthly basis, however there are situations where we can hold accounts until our work is completed. We are flexible with these arrangements and are happy to talk further with you about your requirements.
