Community Involvement
The Cancer Council
We support the Cancer Council by participating in Australia's Biggest Morning Tea and the Girls Night In.
Our contribution assists the Cancer Council to continue funding research into the causes of cancer and into new and improved treatments. The Cancer Council also provides support services to cancer patients and their families and provides education programs on preventing and detecting cancer.
Compassion Australia - Dieuventz Milhomme
We sponsor a child through Compassion Australia. Our sponsored child’s name is Dieuventz Milhomme and he comes from Haiti.
Dieuventz enjoys singing, art and reading. He attends Sunday school regularly and is in kindergarten where he likes to draw.
Haiti occupies 1/3 of the Caribbean island of Hispaniola. Haiti is the least-developed country in the Western Hemisphere and one of the poorest in the world with about 80% of the population living in abject poverty.
